Purchasing vehicles at a Japanese Licensed Dealer Car Auction through Auto House Japan is very easy and straight forward. This guide has been designed to assist you in your vehicle purchase.

STEP 1 : Auction Free Trial
|
|
Please try Auction Free Trial where you will be able to view 40,000 vehicles offered each week by USS auction.

You are unable to view the auction starting price and the auction sheet in the USS auction site. We provide this information only to our Gold Members. |

STEP 2 : Registration
|
|
Please register as a member of this website and access the Member page. Next, please review a database of 400,000 vehicles' auction results of the past three months and check how much your target vehicle will go for by comparing similar vehicles (similar condition (auction grade), year, color, kms, etc.) on the database.

|
STEP 3 : Remitting a Deposit
|
|
Once you remit your deposit and become a Gold Member, we will be able to start placing bids at an auction.
Please obtain our bank information through the Bank Information Request Form and remit your deposit by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).

STEP 4 : Finding and Bidding on Your Vehicle
|
|
After we have confirmed your deposit, you will be able to access the Gold Member page and be in a position to purchase a vehicle.
|
|
|
|
| Successful Bidder : | You will be immediately required to make the balance payment for the vehicle by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and sent us the copy of the T/T.
If you will not continue purchasing more vehicles, you can deduct your deposit from the final payment. |
|
| Unsuccessful Bidder : | We will continue to support your auction process until your bid is successful. |

You will need to pay your balance payment within four days, including the day of the auction, after your bid has been successful. |

STEP 5 : Shipping Your Vehicle
|
|
After winning your bid, we will perform our After-Purchase Inspection at our garage.
Once we determine there are no major faults, we will de-register your vehicle and transport it to a port yard to prepare for shipment. This entire process of purchasing a vehicle to loading it on a ship generally takes about 3-8 weeks.
